The Team

The CEO, Hannah Shead, leads on operational and strategic planning bringing many years experience of working within the substance misuse sector.

Trevi House has a dynamic staff team committed to the provision of quality services, the development of the project in line with local and national guidelines, maximising effective communication and transparency throughout the organisation, and works to continually deliver best practice in the field of drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Trevi House is staffed 24 hours a day, with waking staff overnight. We do occasionally have volunteers and students on site. All of our staff attend LSCB Child Protection / Safeguarding training via Plymouth City Council.

We strive to deliver a service that is professional, empathetic, and one in which all our residents can have their individual needs heard and respected.

“When I saw the vacancy at Trevi House, everyone I spoke to said, “That’s your prefect job” and they were right! Trevi brings together some of the things that I am most passionate about in life: children, motherhood, recovery and supporting women to be confident, independent and empowered. I always say that Trevi is a special place, I feel lucky to be part of this service.”
